Stillness in the Living

I am interested in spatial relationships between humans and between objects and sometimes I find there is a crossing!  A piece might be delightfully cluttered with objects like a crowded room, or oozing a sense of solitude.  Open-mouthed vessels litter this collection of still lives, referencing body as vessel, with the ellipse of each defining the opening; we fill them, we empty them and we hold space for ourselves and each other.
